Job Description

As an Account Manager & SDR, you will be the main point of contact for 4-5 projects, ensuring smooth operations. You'll oversee 3-4 monthly campaign launches, creating compelling copy and templates. You'll lead client communications through weekly calls and email recaps, while guiding a Research Team and 4–5 teammates on tasks. Managing 2,000–3,000 contact imports monthly. You'll brainstorm new campaign ideas, refine tactics, and manage project timelines. You'll generate weekly reports and update the CRM and spreadsheets. This role requires fluency in English and Native Ukrainian, 3+ years in Lead Generation, client management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Leadership skills and the ability to overcome challenges in competitive industries are essential.
