Job Description
Hiring and developing technical personnel by conducting periodic 1:1 sessions and providing regular feedback. Delegating work and assignments to team members and collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems. Analyzing usersβ needs and then finding applications to serve them, creating end goals for their team. Checking that software and applications are updated, supervising system modifications and conducting a risk analysis to identify areas of improvement. Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges. The manager will monitor their team service's OPS and guarantee their teamwork follows high-standards development processes.
