MLOps Tech Lead

The Tech Lead / Engineering Manager will work with ML Ops Projects and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The role involves leading a team in charge of MLOps delivery for critical, globally-running projects. The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of OOP fundamentals and is proficient in designing software architecture and data pipelines. Key responsibilities include leading software architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards, and collaborating with research leads and product owners to gather requirements and design MLOps pipelines. The role includes creating and maintaining documentation, leading a team of experienced developers, performing code reviews, and being accountable for the tech debt of supported systems.
