Logistics and Warehouse Optimization Specialist

The Logistics and Warehouse Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing inventory and order accuracy, and optimizing the process flow from finished goods through distribution to retail partners. This role collaborates with cross-functional leaders and site teams to ensure seamless execution of CPG inventory and distribution operations, programs, and processes. Additionally, the Specialist proactively identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse and logistics operations to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and performance. Responsibilities include championing continuous improvement strategies, enhancing inventory and distribution performance, conducting routine CPG location visits for inventory audits, ensuring thorough documentation of inventory processes, assisting with monthly metric reporting, collaborating with site leadership to resolve discrepancies, driving process improvements, assisting with all logistics operations, monitoring carrier performance, developing cross-functional relationships, providing training to site operations teams, managing multiple projects, and tracking key performance indicators related to logistics and warehouse operations.
