NLP and Text Processing: Apply NLP techniques to understand and categorize job descriptions and candidate profiles. Help refine our tagging, clustering, and matching logic.

Data Pipelines: Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Guarantee reliability, scalability, and monitoring across all pipelines.

Cross-team Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to understand data requirements. Document workflows in a clear, maintainable way.
