Job Description

We are seeking for multiple Consultant I, MMT to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed. Key responsibilities include installing, upgrading, testing, and configuring systems, consulting with clients to analyze needs, informing customers of project progress, and initial technical implementation of products.
