Therapy Access Intake Specialist (Contractor)

The Therapy Access Intake Specialist is responsible for managing daily data entry requirements and the intake process for new and existing patients. This includes overseeing daily operations of the incoming document fax server, identifying and filing documentation within the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and providing review and quality checks of incoming documents, data entry, and organization. The specialist will receive completed paperwork from customers and support company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations. All interactions must be documented in the CRM system in accordance with Quality Assurance/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines, and other duties as assigned.
