Bingo Chat Moderator

Playtech Managed Services is seeking a proactive Bingo Chat Moderator with strong communication skills. You will engage in text-based online chats, welcome players into chat rooms, encourage participation, and foster a friendly atmosphere. Building rapport and developing long-lasting relationships with the players is key, along with maintaining the solid reputation of our brand. You'll meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the chat room. You will establish and maintain positive relationships with players through open communication, provide regular updates on promotions, and assist players with information regarding the games. Hosting scheduled chat games to entertain players is also an expected part of the job role.
