About The Role:

• Architect the member’s journey - from the moment a member joins and navigates clinical intake.
• Manage daily habit-tracking and GLP-1 medication management.
• Empower the clinical and coaching teams to deliver world-class care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Product to align cross-functional efforts into a unified product vision.
• Identify friction points across the entire member journey by facilitating user research with members and internal teams.
• Ship solutions iteratively that streamline the experience.

Background and Experience:

• Manage complex products that involve multiple stakeholders and user types.
• Synthesize feedback from clinicians, coaches, and members into a single, cohesive product narrative.
• Dive into the weeds of product analytics to uncover insights.
