Job Description
Own end-to-end email campaign execution, including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and performance reporting. Segment contact lists based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to run targeted outreach sequences and outbound LinkedIn/Meta campaigns. Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, privacy regulations, and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Optimize campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and pipeline impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on-brand messaging and creative assets. Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements. Stay current with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices. Be responsible for developing and executing A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, content, and CTAs. Work with channel leads to integrate email and CRM initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive customer journey.
