Job Description
Build and scale R365’s Offshoring Strategy, beginning with Mexico and expanding as business needs evolve. You will ensure the business understands offshoring as a strategic solution for scaling process-heavy work, reducing cost, and amplifying elite talent. You will also partner with TA, L&E, and POPs to design roles, hiring practices, and onboarding approaches that integrate offshore employees into R365’s culture and performance standards. Support the design and execution of R365’s 3-Lever Workforce Model (Elite Talent, Offshore, AI); partner with PBPs, Finance, and senior leaders to align work with the right lever and translate workforce strategy into clear business metrics tied to growth, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to Executives and senior leaders on workforce design decisions and lead workforce-related components of international scaling, entity setup, M&A integrations, and divestitures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
