- Contribute to the team’s delivery processes - we ship multiple times per day.
- Actively reach out and collaborate with other teams share knowledge, investigate new technology and keep constant momentum.
You're a great candidate if...
- 8+ years of experience demonstrating technical leadership, including mentoring and coaching software developers
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with architecture, testability, and refactoring complex systems
