Principal Solutions Consultant

As a SME, you will collaborate closely with executive-level stakeholders to align Smartsheet's capabilities with their business objectives and value drivers while establishing solutions to drive critical business outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will focus on the development and delivery of value-added integration and consultative services in the area of enterprise solutions, designing, deploying, and integrating various product sets. Provide thought leadership and best practices while promoting the use of Smartsheet technology to drive customer success and the development and growth into new domains, working closely with internal services engineering, product, and marketing teams. You will be delivering the most complex solutions within a customer environment, supporting advanced technical knowledge of Smartsheet solutions and products, and leading efforts to proactively identify important customer use cases and key business value drivers. You will extend key learnings and insights to the broader PS ecosystem and contribute to driving impactful cross-functional initiatives, where prioritized. You will also drive platform configuration guidance, best practices, and the thought leadership to customers and internal Smartsheet teams, conveying technical details to technical and non-technical audiences. In collaboration with other Principals, you will influence team members, internal teams, and external customers, and support events by delivering thought leadership. You will finally assist in the ongoing development and delivery of training for new and existing Consultants on client engagement best practices.
