Real Estate Counsel - Battery Storage

Plus Power recruits outstanding energy industry professionals who are driven to develop, build and operate assets safely and reliably to decarbonize the power markets while growing their careers. In this role, this individual will be responsible for supporting legal drafting for site acquisition efforts, supporting real estate de-risking activities, and representing real estate legal in Plus Power’s project financings and tax equity investments. Key Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating real property agreements, resolving complex title and survey issues, and providing legal support in site acquisition closings. The role also involves supporting the Deputy General Counsel in real estate deliverables for project financings and tax equity investments, as well as overseeing local counsel and assisting in their selection. This role will also have opportunities to support and collaborate with teams across Plus Power’s functional groups.
