Key Responsibilities:
- Support CBM+ program initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with overarching business and mission objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end data collection and processing, including the implementation, sustainment, and optimization of ETL pipelines.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and data visualization to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights that drive product development.
Required Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or proven equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of applied NLP, data labeling, and entity or keyword extraction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in STEM with preference for Data Science, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Advanced expertise in AI/ML for predictive maintenance and defense logistics.
- Experience with sensor-based failure prediction models and health indicators.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $190,000 - $210,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Potential performance-based or other incentive compensation.
