Role Overview:
- Take full ownership of high-scale user acquisition activities across Meta.
- Drive performance across large monthly budgets while shaping acquisition strategy for Tier-1 markets.
- Work closely with creative, product, and automation teams to continuously improve campaign performance.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with clear performance targets.
- Build and maintain robust account structures including Business Manager setup and tracking infrastructure.
- Run continuous creative testing cycles and implement automation solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong senior-level experience in hands-on Meta UA within web and B2C environments.
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets with a performance marketing mindset.
- Deep understanding of Meta advertising mechanics and strong analytical skills.
