Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple global products.
- Own full campaign performance, optimizing budgets, CPA, CPI, and ROI while maintaining scalability.
- Develop and test growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and app/web funnels.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work with creative teams by researching competitors and defining creative angles.
- Manage both app and web acquisition funnels with a strong emphasis on web scaling.
- Build structured reporting systems and improve campaign operations through automation.
Requirements and Environment:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads in high-volume B2C environments.
- Proven experience managing large budgets ($100K+), scaling up to $400K–$500K+.
- Advanced analytical skills with data tools like Google Sheets, Excel, GA4, and internal analytics.
