Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Engineering focal for assigned supplier base.
- Expected to own the technical performance of multiple suppliers.
- Proactively identifies delivery barriers and resolves them.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Production Management.
Desired Characteristics:
- Expertise in programming or mechanically supporting machining methods.
- Sourcing, Shop Operations, or Production Control expertise.
- Manufacturing Experience in Aerospace or Automotive a plus.
