Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive insight, action, and results. This role involves translating business needs into scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities with meaningful outcomes for users. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with data through visualizations, predictive analytics, or conversation trends. You will analyze product usage and customer behavior to inform roadmap and iteration cycles, tracking and evaluating feature performance. Collaborating with Engineering and UX teams is essential to ship new features and ensure intuitive experiences. Internal knowledge sharing is an important aspect of the role, to ensure alignment on capabilities and value across teams. If you have substantial experience in SaaS product management, visualization skills, and some AI, ML, and Data-Driven Feature Exposure, this is the role for you.
