Job Description

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with national and regional health plans.
  • Position Garner within carrier ecosystems to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Shape the integration of Garner's product into these ecosystems.

Relationship Management:

  • Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with carrier/TPAs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier-level issues.
  • Leverage health plan advisors for strategic guidance and market access insights.

Market and Product Strategy:

  • Advance strategic alignment across underwriting, contracting, and benefit design.
  • Provide essential market insights to inform Garner's product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance Garner’s market presence.
