This is a chance to help shape something from the ground up, guiding everything from design and launch to day-to-day operations and clinical excellence. As the Clinical Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in launching and shaping our brand-new After-School ABA Program—bringing your expertise and creativity to every stage of development and implementation. Your impact will include: Case Oversight, Caregiver Training, Client Intakes and Treatment Plans, and RBT Oversight. Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression and cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients and families.
