Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately for 4000+ employees across 125 FEINs using ADP Workforce Now, maintaining internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR and Accounting to integrate payroll systems and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and tax laws, managing vendor relationships and system implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management with extensive ADP Workforce Now knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state payroll rules, U.S. employment law, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
