The Event Design and Operations (EDO) Manager is responsible for achieving high satisfaction rates on logistics from attendees, securing positive feedback from Foundation programming partners, and ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, event operations, logistics, communications, budget management, evaluation, and knowledge management. The manager will lead the planning and execution of high-impact KIPP events, manage all aspects of event logistics, and lead financial planning and monitoring processes for programming-related activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for K–12 public education and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
