Engineering Manager - Development Collaboration (AU Remote)

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. This role focuses on leading a senior team of engineers to improve our internal developer experience across Git, code review, and merge systems. Important responsibilities include uplifting Ownership and Code Review capabilities to scale with Canva’s rapid growth and driving improvements to merge queue infrastructure that handles over 1,000 PRs daily. You will also be scaling our Git stack to support velocity and performance, collaborating across Infra and DevX to ensure seamless tooling experiences, and consolidating monorepos and supporting major company launches. The Development Collaboration team empowers Canva’s engineers to merge and manage code seamlessly and at scale. The team creates fast, intuitive, and reliable systems that drive efficiency across Canva’s SDLC.
