Linux and Systems Engineer

The Linux and Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with Engineers and Other Cloud Operations engineers to ensure high availability and smooth daily operations of the service. You will resolve customer support tickets and service incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner via effective investigation, triage and resolution of these requests. Setting up backups, deploying software, upgrading systems, and performing other routine maintenance tasks manually or using Automation. Responsible for configuring and generating reports, alerts on Core Infrastructure using Datadog, Zabbix or custom scripts and will perform periodic security audits of the system. The successful candidate will be required to participate in on-call shifts as part of the role.
