Sr. Director, Technical Program Management, Twilio Customer Zero

In this role, you’ll establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship that improves efficiency and utilization, effectively drive alignment with internal stakeholders, and lead a governance structure that ensures effective executive decision-making. Apply governance over change management to ensure its used effectively, define a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product area, and use your influence to drive team results and grow a coalition of partners. You will also exchange detailed technical information with stakeholders and partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to get buy in and provide resourcing for critical programs.
