Responsibilities:
- Refine requirements to translate them into functional specs.

Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required; must have or be able to obtain Q clearance.
- BS degree in software/technical field with 2+ years experience, or 5+ years without degree.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
