Job Description

As Director, Strategic Accounts you will drive account growth within a portfolio of existing health insurance clients by deeply understanding the client’s needs and Abacus’s product portfolio to creatively identify high-value and tailored solutions, including but not limited to payment integrity. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, from discovery to close (including initial client communications, on-site presentations, RFI responses, multi-day client workshops, RFP submissions, negotiations, and deal signing), ensuring the seamless execution of growth initiatives and consistently meeting revenue targets. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success, delivery, finance) to deliver compelling proposals and ensure high customer retention and own a seven-figure quota across Abacus Insights most strategic payer customers.
