Head of Payment Risks and Operations

As the Head of Payment Risks and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and smooth flow of user funds from pay-in to payout while considering ambitious growth and revenue plans. You will identify risks and vulnerabilities from pay-in to payout and ensure we are protected against potential bad actors. You will perform robust due diligence and risk assessments on new and existing clients and manage disputes, chargebacks, and fund recovery from delinquent accounts. Examples of daily activities include: Develop a payment risk management strategy, Manage the daily operations of the KYC/KYB and Payment Operations teams, Monitor any red flags of possible fraud/scam/account takeover, and escalate with any relevant stakeholders.
