Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Answers telephones, prioritizes clinical triage calls, and follows protocols.
-Verifies patient information and updates the electronic health record.
-Serves as an escalation point for clinical issues.
Patient Care:
-Creates a positive patient experience at every encounter.
-Resolves patient issues and concerns during phone calls.
-Partners with other teams to assist with clinical concerns and medication refills.
Professional Standards:
-Consistently meets productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
-Utilizes all resources and guidelines to assess and prioritize calls.
-Accurately documents symptoms, assessments, advice, and patient responses.
