Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will:
- Support ExtraHop’s IT Applications team.
- Maintain and improve a broad portfolio of business applications including Salesforce and GTM tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
The Business Systems Analyst will also:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of SaaS and GTM applications.
- Help triage and resolve tickets related to supported applications.
- Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks.
Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in application testing, data validation, and system upgrades.
- Assist in maintaining application documentation and process guides.
- Contribute as a member of an agile scrum team.
