Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct needs assessments and design tailored learning programs for the Customer Experience team.
• Develop a variety of instructional materials, including digital content and videos, using instructional design principles and tools like Vyond.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field and have 3+ years of proven experience in e-learning development.
• Possess strong knowledge of instructional technology platforms, learning management systems, and excellent project management skills.
