An expert resource for families after they have been referred to communities or home care providers. Success is measured by daily outbound touch points, scheduling tours, sending referrals, and converting leads into move-ins. Possess a passion for proactive outreach sales, demonstrates empathy, excels in closing a sale, and acquires knowledge of the senior living industry. Establish relationships over the phone to understand family needs and manage the follow-up sales process.
