Key Responsibilities:
- Guide construction strategies and execution across a diverse portfolio of food service, infrastructure renewal, capital improvement, and energy projects.
- Shape construction management capabilities across multiple business units, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of construction management experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing food service construction projects; background in infrastructure renewal or energy-related construction is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational agility, critical thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Role Logistics:
- This is a virtual role with approximately 30% travel across the United States.
- The position leads the North America Project Management team within the Energy & Construction group.
