Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer order fulfillment, acting as liaison between customers, sales, and cross-functional departments.
  • Generate weekly sales reports, review open orders to resolve blocks, and document all order changes and delays.
  • Collaborate on new account setups and work with 3PL and supply chain to meet fulfillment requirements and update systems.
  • Maintain customer equipment records, support evaluation programs, and process credits and returns authorizations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and minimum 5 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination.
  • Must work remotely on the West Coast, with 10% travel required for full-time employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Medical device experience is required, along with compliance with vaccination rules.
