New Product Manager, ION

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and manage the roadmap for ION capabilities.
• Translate business goals and operational needs into requirements.
• Prioritize platform investments.

Technical Product Execution:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of ION initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams.
• Establish clear product requirements.

Rollout, Quality, and Operational Readiness:

• Lead phased rollout strategies.
• Partner with QA and Engineering on test strategy.
• Define success and guardrail metrics.
