Engineering Manager, Trust & Safety

About the Role:

• Lead the Trust & Safety engineering team to prevent fraud and abuse on our platform.
• Combine people leadership with technical judgement to guide system design and incident response.
• Partner with Product, Infrastructure, Finance, and Legal to translate threats into practical engineering work.

What You'll Do:

• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a healthy and inclusive team culture.
• Define the team's roadmap balancing operations with investments in automation and platform protections.
• Lead response to significant fraud and abuse incidents, coordinating across teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years managing engineers with strong software and security engineering background.
• Experience in fraud prevention, abuse detection, or Trust & Safety systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous threats into clear priorities and shipped improvements.
