About the Role:
- Lead 10-12 engineers across Secrets Management and Certificate Management, owning engineering delivery and reliability.
- Hire, develop, and coach engineers and tech leads, while staying technically involved in code review and architecture.
- Partner with the CTO and customers to translate insights into engineering priorities and team improvements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers, ideally in developer tooling or infrastructure security.
- Strong track record of building high-performing teams and leading multiple engineering workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills, a bias toward action, and comfort working directly with customers.
