- Lead the team that builds security products for engineers: secure development frameworks, secure-by-default infrastructure, and identity platforms.
- Work closely with infrastructure, product engineering, and compliance partners, with adoption as the measure that matters.
A Typical Day:
- Own the roadmap for a portfolio of security products and drive product thinking around user adoption.
- Spot gaps in security posture, shape them into team work, and turn engineering progress into leadership stories.
Your Expertise:
- 3-5+ years managing a software engineering team and 9+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong product and design instinct, excellent communication, and experience shipping large initiatives with high business impact.
