About the Role:
- Set and execute the technical vision for the Security Engineering Platform team, spanning AWS and GCP account/workload hardening.
- Coach and mentor highly skilled tech leads and engineers as a player-coach on cloud hardening, identity, and secrets management.
Who You Are:
- You have 12+ years of experience in Security or Infrastructure Engineering with 3+ years leading teams at global scale.
- You possess deep hands-on expertise hardening AWS and/or GCP and operating access and secrets infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range is $193,800 - $285,000 USD plus equity grants.
