Perioperative Operations Coordinator

Documentation Accuracy & Charge Integrity:

• Conducts routine audits of surgical supply and implant charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reviews cost-change and item master updates, validating against source data and identifying discrepancies.
• Analyzes usage reports and reconciles historical data to assess downstream charge impact.

Operational Support:

• Serves as system-wide point of contact for supply and implant charge inquiries and corrections.
• Submits and tracks supply maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Supports system director by linking supply, charge, and clinical documentation data to operational performance.

Issue Resolution:

• Collaborates with Charge Master, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, and site Informatics teams to resolve issues.
• Advocates for change and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Communicates issue status effectively to key stakeholders.
