Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and audit quality metrics, access compliance, and clinical workflow adherence across C3, IRC, and AAS.
  • Analyze access and performance data to identify workflow gaps, scheduling bottlenecks, and process issues.
  • Define and maintain access governance standards and lead cross-functional training on standardized workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, quality management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in performance improvement with a strong understanding of Epic Cadence template design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
