About the Role:
- Own operational tax as Monzo's subject matter expert, advising on tax obligations as the business expands.
- Lead compliance and controls for tax processes across all jurisdictions, including BBSI, ISA, FATCA, and CRS.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant or tax advisor with significant in-house operational tax experience.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
