The Role:
- Focus on day-to-day coordination and execution of operational resilience requirements for Monzo Bank Limited in the UK.
- Work closely with the Senior Operational Resilience Manager to align with global resilience policies and standards.
What You'll Do:
- Execute identification and review of Important Business Services and map dependencies across people, processes, technology, facilities, and third parties.
- Support monitoring of impact tolerances, collect metrics, and flag potential breaches to stakeholders.
- Coordinate scenario testing, ICAAP inputs, business continuity planning, and governance committee updates.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or operational risk within UK financial services.
- Strong understanding of PRA/FCA operational resilience rules and ICAAP operational risk components.
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
