Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Fraud Compliance Manager to join our second line of defence, providing oversight and assurance across Monzo.
- You will help manage fraud risks while delivering a phenomenal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assurance reviews and provide actionable feedback to strengthen controls.
- Support the Fraud Assurance Plan and produce data-led reports.
- Track remediation actions and help build a positive compliance culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fraud analytics or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fraud regulations like APPR and PSD2.
- Ability to analyse complex data and communicate effectively.
