The Role:
- Shape and evolve the Operations strategy as we scale.
- Bring together performance insight, financial analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Ensure priorities, investments, and execution stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial visibility and performance management across Operations.
- Partner closely with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Own the management and coordination of the Operations Roadmap.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in strategy, commercial, or business operations.
- Track record of solving complex problems with analytical rigour.
- Excellent communicator who can turn complexity into clear recommendations.
