The Role:
- You’ll lead two squads and mentor 11 engineers, focusing on sustainable delivery and product impact.
- You’ll stay technically engaged in architecture discussions, specs, and engineering decisions.
- You’ll partner with product, design, and go-to-market to set priorities and remove blockers.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years managing engineering teams, ideally 6+ engineers, in customer-facing software.
- Strong execution practices: weekly goals, spec reviews, visibility, timeline discipline.
- AI fluency and a passion for using AI to improve team productivity and quality.
