What You Will Own:

  • Full ownership of the sales organization and direct line to the CEO, with opportunity to define strategy and install process.
  • Cross-functional alignment with marketing on lead scoring, handoff criteria, and opportunity creation.

What Success Looks Like:

  • At 90 days: Clear command of current pipeline and active involvement in open opportunities.
  • At 12 months: Sales process defined and executed, team tracking toward aggressive targets, and CEO confidence in forecast.

What We Are Looking For:

  • ERP sales experience and demonstrated track record of building a sales organization.
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics, forecasting methodology, and CRM discipline.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach and willingness to travel approximately once per month.
