New Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the financial ledgers of the Appinio Group, ensuring they are 100% accurate, compliant, and documented to the highest standards.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Team Lead Accounting to ensure a fast and clean month-end and year-end close for the German entity and support subsidiaries.
• Prepare all necessary documentation and schedules for annual audits, acting as a professional internal expert for auditors.

Tool Implementation:

• Actively drive the implementation and optimization of the tool-stack, specifically Light, DATEV, and Lucanet, to build a truly digital and scalable accounting function.
• Act as a technical gatekeeper by reviewing accounting topics, ensuring data robustness, and finding ways to minimize manual work.
• Serve as a technical sparring partner for the Team Lead Accounting on accounting, tax, and compliance issues.

International Collaboration:

• Support the technical consolidation and international alignment of subsidiaries in Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia.
