Job Description
Headlight is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a mission-driven team that’s transforming mental healthcare. Headlight handles insurance, billing, and marketing so you can focus on seeing clients and offers clinical support. As a therapist, you will establish positive, trusting rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, and conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress. You will work collaboratively within small teams and have the autonomy to make decisions about patient care with the guidance of experienced therapists and psychiatrists.
